Our aim is that Near Me consultations can be offered to anyone, where it is appropriate both for the person and for the nature of the appointment.
Based on feedback from our public engagement, we have been working with Attend Anywhere to improve accessibility on the platform, and have created a range of translated and easy read information leaflets and continue to support those digitally excluded via the Connecting Scotland Programme.

The caller information leaflet is available in 29 languages. You can download the language required from the patient-facing Near Me site.
Children and Young Peoples Leaflet
A leaflet for Children and Young People (pdf) has been developed by the Edinburgh Children’s Hospital Charity and NHS Lothian. This can be used by anyone in Scotland.
